Course Overview
The CMI Level 3 Project Management qualification equips emerging managers, supervisors, and team leaders with the essential knowledge and practical tools needed to plan, deliver, and evaluate projects effectively. It’s designed for people who are beginning to take responsibility for projects—whether small, departmental initiatives or cross‑team tasks—and want a structured, professional approach to managing them.
Qualification Type
Study at your own pace, with 24/7 access to all of our expertly created learning materials. This includes recordings of taught sessions and a vast library of relevant articles and studies through our online learning platform and through CMI Direct.
Throughout your learning journey you will have access to an expert Management & Leadership Tutor who will provide support through coaching sessions, additional lessons and assignment feedback.
Each unit, or part, of the qualification is assessed with a written submission known as an assignment. We support our learners to complete these with confidence.
This qualification is only available at Award level, ideal as a simultaneous companion to our other qualifications or as a standalone introduction to Project Management.
Award - 1 unit. This is a thorough introduction to Project Management, ideal for those who want results and outcomes fast. This will take about 1 month to complete
